Youth and Teen Dance Leadership Program

I'm currently planning a leadership program for youth and teens.  The program will include dance training, community service, mentorship, and more for one full performance season (Fall - Spring).  The program will culminate with a production at the end of the Spring semester.

I'd like to select 10 - 20 young performers to mentor in dance, school, and life skills.  My goal is for students to continue with this program throughout secondary school, and leave for college equipped with strong personal and social skills as well as a sum of scholarship funds.
